Digital Product Delivery

Digital products such as custom logos and websites will be delivered to the E-Mail you registered with. Be sure you have access to the E-mail. Delivery time depends on the complexity of the project. You will be updated by E-mail on any updates on your product.


Digital products cannot be returned once delivered. Once you have the files, you own them and can do with them what you please.


Refunds may be issued for digital products BEFORE delivery only. Once your digital product is created, we will show you a sample. If you are not happy with it, please give us more details on what you are looking for. If we cannot come to an agreement, you may get a refund, but only before it is delivered. If you accept the sample and we deliver the final product to you, you can no longer receive a refund. Any bugs or typos on the product can be reported and we will fix them, but, after delivery, we will not maintain or update your product unless you are subscribed to a hosting plan with maintenance included.


Physical Product Delivery

Physical products such as merchandise, shirts, mugs, etc are printed and shipped by Gearbubble or Printify. Delivery times vary depending on the product but usually arrive within one or two weeks. Some products have longer production times than others. You will be notified by E-mail of any updates to your item's production & delivery and will be provided with tracking information when available.


Physical products cannot be returned.


Refunds may be issued for physical products if they arrive broken or defective. You will be asked to provide photo proof of the damage or defect. If you request a replacement item, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund but please do not try to return the item. It will go to our print shop and can't be resold or re-used. You can either discard the item yourself or donate it to another party.
